Responsibilities:

  • Primarily partner with our Product Development and Data Management functions within Culture Amp to identify and assess potential technology and data risks.
  • Support and liaise with members of the Data Governance team practice and contribute to the measurement of risk associated with data and technology.
  • Provide guidance and input on emerging technology and data risks i.e. Generative AI
  • Provide input and maintain our risk management framework
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving security threats and best practices in risk management, using this knowledge to help assess new SaaS tools or vendor relationships entering the business
  • Create and maintain clear and consistent risk management documentation (including risk metric dashboards)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of identified risks and proposed solutions
  • Provide support on risk processes and registers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and currency of content.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring on the status of risk treatment actions
  • Assist in delivery of insightful risk reporting
