We are on the hunt for a Technology Delivery Manager with an understanding of Microsoft solutions to lead a team of engineers in our professional services team, enabling them to optimise delivery

• Oversee the delivery of Azure cloud focussed engineering services ensuring strong collaboration with project managers, high client satisfaction and the achievement of KPIs.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct career management for the team, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
• Along with the team, support our CTO in driving the evolution and enhancement of engineering service offerings to stay ahead of industry trends and exceed client expectations.
• Assist your team of engineers in finding pathways to solve complex technical problems and staying up to date with technological advances.
• Help maintain and improve internal LAB3 processes, including documentation, practice hygiene, end of month processing and reporting.
• Actively participate in cross functional LAB3 initiatives and events. Personify LAB3’s values.
• Collaborate with the GM Engineering Services, Domain Leads and other TDMs to align cross-functional efforts and optimize service delivery.
• Report to the GM Engineering Services with regular updates on team performance, project status, and strategic outcomes.
