Nuffield Health are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager for the Ecommerce squad within the Commerce & Account Management Unit. Someone passionate about digital with a proven record delivering initiatives across digital platforms. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus – but a passion for delivering fast-paced change and improving ways of working are what we’re really after.
2025 will be an exciting year in our digital teams as we continue to build products and journeys to make our beneficiaries’ lives easier while growing the share of transactions through the digital channel. We’re planning to build on the success of our digital consultant booking journey by making it easier for users to find an appointment and place a booking. We will also be capitalising on our investment in new technologies (commercetools, Adyen payments, Adobe Experience manager) and rolling out these products to new service lines so users can enjoy more flexible ways to explore and purchase our services.
As a member of a collaborative delivery function, you will oversee the ways of working and delivery practices of the Ecommerce squad – creating a culture of delivery excellence and helping the Technology function in its journey towards a more Agile operating model.
The Delivery Manager at Nuffield Health will be able to manage complex IT projects but also able to enable Agile squad delivery through servant leadership and enabling squad and unit collaboration.
