Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO, DAY TO DAY:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data + software requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure quality and reliability
- Assist in evaluating third-party technologies, tools, and services for potential integration; ensuring we are always innovating
- Leverage data to analyze sales and operational metrics to build useful dashboards for the respective departments
- Develop process automation tools and revise existing automations to continuously improve
- Learn and stay up to date on developments within the Salesforce ecosystem, become a SME on this too
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU BRING:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related years of experience and technical skills
- Experience with Object-Oriented programming (Salesforce Apex, Java, etc.)
- Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL
- Detail-oriented, you catch errors and discrepancies…better yet, you find them before they become mistakes!
- Self-starting and resourceful; you are also curious and like to learn new things
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and able to independently think through a challenge
- Strong written and oral communication skills to regularly update stakeholders on project status (e.g., project phase, issues/roadblocks, go-live dates, etc.)
