Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technology Expert to support our sales organization. The ideal candidate will build and maintain in-depth expertise in a technical field, assist sales teams with technical and financial aspects of their offers, support architects, and maintain relationships with strategic partners. This role is crucial in developing and enriching our portfolio of technological solutions and promoting a positive image of our company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Strategy, Sales, Sales Support, or Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of the Luxembourg, European, and international market.
- In-depth knowledge of Telecom & ICT technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in office computer applications.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist sales teams in customer service to qualify needs and present offers effectively.
- Translate customer needs from business to technical perspectives and vice versa.
- Design and draft technical and commercial components of tailor-made bids and RFPs.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis of solutions and recommend sales prices.
- Train sales representatives on product and solution developments.
- Coordinate follow-ups with suppliers for responses to requests or RFPs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Build and maintain expertise in technical fields, potentially expanding to other areas.
- Ensure a technological watch on relevant fields, integrating knowledge of company and partner products.
- Maintain partnerships with strategic suppliers, obtaining certifications and participating in training, seminars, and fairs.
- Keep updated on technical and market developments, researching new products and participating in industry events.
- Collaboration:
- Support architects in their missions.
- Maintain relationships with strategic partners, enhancing expertise through regular interactions.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to align technical and financial aspects of offers.
- Company Representation:
- Actively participate in seminars, fairs, and events to convey a positive image of the company.
- Take charge of additional tasks as requested by superiors.
