Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired is a rapidly growing global education group with its Head Office located in Alfragide, Portugal, alongside one of our flagship Inspired Schools, PaRK International School. Committed to academic excellence, we are on a remarkable journey to shape the future of education on a global scale.
The Technology Integration Manager will act as the primary liaison between the Regional IT Manager and the schools within the region. This role focuses on digital transformation, project management, and the standardization of IT procedures across the schools. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth deployment of new platforms, applications, and procedures, working closely with the Regional IT Manager to manage IT operations effectively and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact between the Regional IT Manager and local school IT teams.
  • Develop an understanding of schools’ processes and operational needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with school leadership to improve technology use and efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between schools and the Regional IT Manager, promoting synergies.
  • Oversee IT projects, ensuring targets are met on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Define and execute project plans in line with the Regional IT Manager’s strategy.
  • Monitor and oversee IT support tickets for timely resolution.
  • Assist in managing regional IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and standards in all IT operations.
  • Lead the standardization of IT procedures and best practices.
  • Manage onboarding and training for new digital platforms.
  • Support the Regional IT Manager in managing the IT budget and vendor relationships.
  • Provide guidance and support to field support technicians, ensuring they are equipped to handle day-to-day IT issues.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
