Technology Lead - ARAS PLM Engineer

As a Technology Lead you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the application development lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in. you will define the problem, propose, refine and develop the solution. You will also play key role in the development, configuration, testing and deployment of the overall solution using ARAS. You will guide the team to ensure DevOps and automation practices are implemented as per needs. You will guide distributed agile teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Product Owners and Architects that enable our team to deliver solutions matching business value.
Required

Domain knowledge

• Manufacturing
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

Technical knowledge

• Substantial years of experience in the IT industry
• Should have strong Software Engineering skills including object-oriented analysis and design, End-to-end software development (requirements analysis, Architecture & design, implementation, testing, and support) on ARAS innovator and .Net
• Supervise and manage technical teams that may be located either onsite or offshore
• Strong expertise on ARAS implementation (Specially on PLM implementations)
• Strong experience on .NET, C# related frameworks and JavaScript
• Good experience in AML (Adaptive Markup Language), IOM API development
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL queries
• IIS Administration and experience installation and debugging error in .NET application environment
• Experience in Cloud Adoptions (AWS, Azur etc)
• Experience in DevOps

Other skills

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
• Troubleshooting and debugging of reported issues.
• CAD Functional knowledge in SolidWorks and CREO will be an added advantage.
