Technology Lead - .Net Developer

Infosys is seeking a .Net Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sudbury/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft stack.
• Must have working knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, Dot NET core and Micro services.
• Very strong in Dot .NET framework and worked around all the versions and its features like LINQ, ENTITY FRAMEWORK, WCF, Web Service, AJAX, MVC and Web API.
• Should be able to work on SQL, MySQL., PostgreSQL
• Should be able to work on scripting language like Angular JS, Angular 2, JavaScript, J Query, IONIC.
• Should be able to work on HTML, CSS, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Should be able to work on Multitier, MVC, MVP and MVVM architectures.
• Deep knowledge of OOPs concepts.
• Develop Real time application with the help of Signal R.
• Good analytical, requirements gathering and business process mapping skills.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) i.e. estimation, design, build and testing and Project Implementation phase activities along with thorough knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in Project Management methodologies and frameworks to lead technology enabled vision and/or solutions.
• Should be proficient of leading and managing multiple teams with very good communication skills and should demonstrate strong mentoring capabilities.
• Should be able to recommend solutions and create roadmap based on client requirements.
• Experience in driving Agile methodologies.
• Delivering to client as per agreed specifications, timelines and proactively look for areas to innovate to ensure quality deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Design patterns principles, practices and technologies in ORM.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Travel (20%) to client site location to perform assessment, installation, configuration, testing and other commissioning activities.
• Strong documentation and document management skills.
