As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Ensure quality and timeliness of implementation of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. Participate in activities related to requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation, and review of design. Assign and review tasks for work product implementation with the objective of ensuring the highest level of service offerings to clients in own technology domain within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, create, and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
• Contributor to building efficient programs/ systems.

Required

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer focused on Oracle EBS development and implementation.
• Expert-level understanding of Oracle EBS Technologies (Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL Loader, Oracle Applications APIs, OAF).
• Expert-level understanding of database concepts and optimization techniques, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts, Data mapping, conversions, interfaces, and validation.
• Strong understanding of EBS R11/R12 data models across at least two modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc.)
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, Software development best practices and coding standards, Design principles and architecture concepts, Performance engineering and quality assurance processes, Version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Functional understanding in Finance/Contracts/Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience in Oracle EBS application upgrade projects.
• Experience in Oracle Database 12c/19c upgrade projects.
