KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within an administrative role supporting a senior executive or department head in a global organisation.
  • Proven ability to establish and implement operational structures and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Jira.
  • A working understanding of IT fundamentals and experience with asset management databases, billing/invoice tracking, and cloud billing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Tech Ops Manager to serve as the right-hand person to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this strategic role, you will become a trusted advisor, providing exceptional administrative support while also taking initiative on key projects. You will be a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, working closely with the CTO to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing them to focus on driving the company’s technological direction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management and Strategic Initiatives: Proactively identify and manage the CTO’s project portfolio, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare high-quality presentations and reports to support the CTO’s strategic decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of efficient administrative and operational processes to improve team and departmental effectiveness. Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, vendors, and partners. Act as a trusted confidant and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the CTO, anticipating needs and proactively addressing them. Handle vendor contracts and service level agreements.
