The Ford Agency is seeking a Tech focused Patent Agent for a DC-based law firm. This person will prepare patent applications and contribute technical expertise to litigation proceedings. This is a great role for a very detail-oriented and experience patent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and enjoys working with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of patent applications
- Lend technical expertise to litigation proceedings

Qualifications Include:
- At least 3 years patent experience
- Familiarity with USPTO domestic and foreign practices
- Professional technical background in engineering, computer science, or physics
