As Technology Producer, you will be a part of the Production team supporting Infrastructure and Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of highly scalable technical solutions. They will have proven experience working on AAA game development teams through all phases of development, have extensive project management process knowledge, the ability to operate in multiple work streams, be extremely organized, communicative and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain pipelines and processes to achieve peak team efficiency, effectiveness and process improvements.
  • Shepherd multi-team initiatives through project lifecycles to ensure proper dependency handoffs, updates, and delivery.
  • Be the main contact for communications between the internal team and business partners.
  • Build trust and positive relationships across all teams.
  • Assist Product Managers and Producers with building, maintaining, and communicating product roadmaps.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and seniority levels.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve problems, prioritize, and find creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Be able to embrace new initiatives or ideas, understand the value of the change, and promote adoption and awareness with the team.
  • Balance project timeline, team capacity, team morale, and team execution with the product vision and its business goals.
  • Lead and facilitate a team through their Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives).
  • Lead and moderate team meetings with clear agendas, focused discussions, and actionable and reliable meeting notes.
  • Track team performance metrics to communicate overall team velocity, project health, and progress towards project goals.
