• solid experience in tech operations and service environments, specialising in infrastructure and networking
• expert in core services like m365, d365, azure, aws, intune, and more.
• a collaborative team player, helping drive informed product development decisions across the organisation
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for spotting trends using tools like Power BI
• confident in supplier management, asset, and license oversight, with top-notch communication skills to present complex info clearly
• energetic, organised, and results-driven, with a focus on action, multi-tasking, and staying calm under pressure
• this is a hybrid role based at noodle hq in borough, london

ABOUT THE ROLE

this is a key role, primarily supporting the product manager for infrastructure and networking, assisting with all technology-related change, innovation, and service improvement. the role involves prioritising customer and system issues, validation of potential solutions to those problems, and using data to empower decision-making and inform product direction in ways that build toward positive business outcomes for wagamama
you will report into the product manager for infrastructure and networking, supporting both project roadmaps and bau workstreams across the technology product portfolio

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• support the product manager in delivering seamless service and managing key projects, improvements, and milestones
• maintain a dynamic 2-year product roadmap, ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives, contract renewals, and security updates
• manage finance systems and head office tech, collaborating with finance teams to establish robust practices
• assist in designing and implementing technical solutions in infrastructure and networking environments
• oversee service reviews, supplier management, and asset tracking for hardware, licensing, and systems
• tackle escalated tech issues with expert troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on site visits
