KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Discovery – research, requirement gathering sessions , workflow creation, prototyping , user stories, scope definition
- P lanning – resource, budget, timeline, risk mitigation, trai ning plan, test plan
- P roduc tion of Project Initiation Document s
- Day to day management of projects – stakeholder management & collaboration , task management, risk & issue management, change man a gement , project documentation & admin, reporting
- Quality assurance – creation of test plans, running test sessions, c arrying out or witnessing UAT , handling of bugs
- Project closure – assisting with transition into BAU, project end r eport scheduling of benefit realisation sessions
Completing other tasks assigned by the Head of Technology Project Management as required
K NOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Organised & process driven

- Forward thinking and able to take initiative
- Experience working with Microsoft office
- No degree or formal project management qualification required
Project management experience preferred but not necessary
Responsibilities:
The Technology Project Manager will work to support the Head of Technology Project Management in the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of projects within the Technology Roadmap. The role will be hybrid in that it will contain elements of business analysis, quality control and project management.
