JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a great opportunity for a delivery-focused in-house Technology Recruiter to join an award-winning and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process of all Tech, Data and Product roles in the JP Morgan Dublin Tech Centre and wider EMEA Tech locations (including Germany, Saudi Arabia, Luxembourg, Turkey and more).
As a dedicated Recruiter for Tech, Data & Product (across all Lines of Business), you will deliver end-to-end recruitment efforts. You will focus on supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including proactive sourcing / headhunting, screening, candidate attraction, running assessment and selection processes, creating and extending competitive offers and overseeing smooth onboarding experiences.
Working as a valued member of the Tech function, additional responsibilities will involve project-based work to enhance employer brand & marketing, DEI initiatives, running events and identifying process improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Proven full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within the firm
  • Excellent relationship management and people skills, with the ability to get along with a broad mix of people and personality styles. You must be able to form and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to provide firm guidance and workable solutions on complex and sensitive HR issues with the appropriate balance of commercial risk often under critical time pressure
  • Ability to think on your feet, multitask and prioritise conflicting demand. You must be capable of working independently and efficiently with a flexible attitude to work and colleague coverage
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented
  • Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of hi-tech industry and the deeply technical niche skillsets within (Java, Python, Cloud, SRE, Cyber Security, Architecture etc)
  • The ideal candidate will have a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Expert name generation, networking and relationship building skills
  • Experience handling sensitive / confidential information
  • Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 15-25 concurrent Tech openings through a full lifecycle 360 internal recruitment process.
  • Proactively source top Tech talent with a very strong focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Guide Hiring Managers through HR processes and best practise as a trusted partner and member of the Tech team.
  • Help to establish JP Morgan as a Tech employer of choice through promotion and celebration of inclusive culture, community and tech innovation.
  • Connect with Technology professionals via external conferences, meetups and communities of practise etc
  • Develop a strong understanding of and relationship with individual teams and functions in order to proactively pipeline and match diverse talent.
  • Review, screen and effectively manage significant applicant volumes.
