As a Technology Recruitment Consultant (360):

• Business Expansion and Networking: Leverage and expand your professional network to grow both new and existing business relationships, ensuring a steady influx of high-quality candidates.
• Sourcing and Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, tailored to meet the dynamic needs of your clients.
• Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Conduct Market Analysis: Continuously analyze industry trends and market conditions, sharing valuable insights with clients to help them stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Able to build and share rate cards for resources request, for various projects and as per customer needs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, with proven success.
• Passion for recruitment and a drive to excel.
• Ability to work well in teams and take ownership of learning.
• Strong critical thinking and results-driven mentality.
• CEI certified and background in business or HR management is a plus. What We Offer:
