Description:

In Technology Services, we are responsible for implementing the business vision and strategy on a global level, with a focus on achieving consistent operational excellence and customer/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value options, and leveraging greater automation and use of technology. To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Technology Service Analyst (m/f/d)
REQUIRED SKILLS (YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)
- 3-5 years experience in IT in large enterprise environments, particularly in controlled production environments or in financial services technology in a customer facing role.
- Good experience in supporting production applications and ITIL practices.
- Good understanding of application support and/or development and complex IT infrastructure (UNIX, database, middleware, cloud, MQ etc.).
- Very good working knowledge of databases (Oracle/MSSQL etc.) including working experience in writing SQL scripts and queries.
- Very good practical experience with UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, Python, PowerShell scripts, Bash, Ansible, automation tools (RPA, Workload, Batch)
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools – Geneos, Splunk, Grafana and New Relic, as well as planning tools
- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably GCP) is welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Second level support for the applications as part of the tribe, communicating with key stakeholders and team members around the world
- Main point of contact for the application suite in the functions of incident, problem, change, release, events, capacity and continuity.
- Escalation, management and communication of major production incidents
- Working with development teams to hand off new applications and escalate issues to the third level
- Conduct technical analysis of the platform to identify and resolve performance and resilience issues.
- Ensure that all BAU support requests from the business are handled with priority and within the agreed SLA and that all application stability issues are addressed.
- Drive continuous improvement
- Perform real-time monitoring to ensure application SLAs are met and application availability (uptime) is maximized
- Support the process to approve all new releases and production configuration changes, keep stakeholders updated and perform all release tasks assigned to support.
