Join our team as a Help Desk/Onsite Support Analyst where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT support to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding, assisting, coordinating, and resolving IT problems efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities for small projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience in technical and customer support roles
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

• Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on IT problems to ensure timely resolution
• Support a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology-related activities
• Collaborate with application developers and operations to maintain production applications
• Conduct training sessions for customers on new products, applications, and platforms
• Contribute towards achieving team objectives effectively
