The Role
Here at Fortem Solutions we are delighted to be recruiting for a Technology Services Analyst to help support the IT infrastructure team for Fortem, based in Nottingham with travel to other sites when needed.
We’re looking for a Technology Services Analyst to manage, support and evolve the cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure used by Fortem.

The Project
You will ensure all Technology Services incidents, problems and requests are resolved/delivered, minimising business impact and in a timely manner.
You’ll participate in the support and development of the Fortem IT infrastructure and you’ll be able to demonstrate a deep level of understanding in how the platform is configured and delivered, along with providing support to the business in a quick and efficient manner.

Essential - Experience of or Exposure to:

• Azure & Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Intune, Azure AD)
• Exchange Online
• Qualys
• Windows Server 2016 & 2019
• Windows Laptop
• SharePoint
• Teams
• Windows Services (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Radius)

Desirable:

• Infrastructure/Networking (WAN, MPLS, LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) (Juniper/Cisco/Ruckus)
• Server and Laptop Patching
• Vulnerability Management (Qualys)
• Patch Management (Qualys, SCCM)
• FTP Service (WingFTP, WinSCP, PowerShell)
• Monitoring Software (PRTG)
• Hypervisors (VMware 7)
• DRaaS (Zerto)
• Cyber Essentials Plus/Cyber Security
• Anti-Virus (Webroot and MS Defender
• Exposure to Active Directory Federation Services
• Exposure to Netapp Storage
• Exposure to SQL
• Exposure of working within a compliance driven environment
• ITIL usage and understanding methodologies
• Experience of ServiceNow service desk
