About the Role:
The Technology Support Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for providing support to the office regarding the resolution of complex desktop, notebook, and remote computing issues, while troubleshooting problems involving hardware, systems software, and applications software. This role will be located in our London office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to end users for firm-approved applications using a variety of different methods, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Litera ChangePro, IntApp Time, Bighand Digital Dictation, Remote Computing (VMware and VPN), and other applications as deemed necessary
  • Setting up, configuring, and installing software in PC computers, notebook computers, printers, and networking equipment
  • Supporting videoconferencing with both internal and external sites
  • Maintaining an inventory of hardware and providing relocation of PC systems when needed
  • Coordinating with other local Technology department members on product installation, training, and support
