T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented Support Technician to join our Technology Practice Team in Middletown, NJ office.This position offers Part -Time hours with the opportunity for a flexible schedule. This role will require the candidate to split their time between being in the office as well as out in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-5 years of field work experience required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in the engineering field or a related field is a plus.
• Must have AutoCAD, Civil 3D experience.
• Must be able to assist with designing and follow appropriate mark-ups.
• Candidates must be adept at working collaboratively while building strong working relationships with our clients and staff members.
• Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.

• Prepare drawings during the planning, design, and construction phases for various CAD applications (Autodesk & Bentley).
• Work closely with supervisor and members of the engineering team to ensure drawings are accurate and completed on time.
• Adhere to required standards (client, company, and projects Standards).
• Make sure all drawing files are accurate and neat.
• Must provide a variety of drawings to include; plans, specifications and sketches.
• Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Assist with creating, updating, and communicating CAD standards and training courses.
• May include field support when needed.
