SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Experience recruiting in the technology space including skills within Technology Transformation, Solution Design, Architects, Digital Engineers and Technologists such as Cloud, AWS, Azure, SAP, Cyber, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Be connected in the technology community, both local and across boarders
• Have a focus on candidate experience, helping guide them through out and making it memorable
• An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions; think about new ideas to drive hiring strategies
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of levels of candidates and clients
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
