JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Average Technician graduated from a Vocational Technical College or completed studies at the
diversified education and approved courses from a recognized institution (INA, Institute for
college or equivalent).
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions is required.
Basic knowledge of the English language.

Execute preventive maintenance of the equipment assigned under his responsibility.
Review during preventive maintenance the correct operation of the equipment, detecting failures before they cause an untimely stoppage.
Evaluate, analyze and determine the root cause of a failure in production equipment.
Make use of their experience and knowledge of equipment and tools in order to solve the failure presented in a piece of equipment.
Ensure that the equipment meets production standards before being delivered to process engineers, prior review, maintenance or repair.
Correctly and efficiently use the SAP log system for production.
Update the costs of spare parts in the inventory control system when using them in repairs or maintenance.
Document repairs performed in a manual in order to record them correctly.
Prepare technical reports at the request of the R&M engineer
Train new technicians in equipment operation and maintenance.
Make modifications to the equipment at the request of the R&M or Process engineers, under their supervision
Participate in special company programs as requested by chief engineers.
Perform other tasks related to the type of position.
It is not within the responsibilities and tasks of the position to modify software parameters or mechanical or hardware settings (sets), contained in the respective Control Plan, of the different
production or test equipment. These tasks are prohibited without the approval of the respective Process and Team Management.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures in their workplace.
