Generalidades del puesto
Será el responsable de atender las unidades Red-Rebel y Shutdown, orientado a la reducción del índice de averías. Una de sus principales funciones será apoyar en la recaptura de unidades de otras marcas, teniendo que realizar inspecciones y levantamientos técnicos orientado a viabilizar la Recaptura de otras marcas que apoyen el crecimiento del portafolio.

En un día normal tendrás que:

  • Realizar el servicio de mantenimiento de todos los productos de la Compañía.
  • Apoyo técnico especializado siguiendo instrucciones directas del Supervisor SVC para atender maquinas Rebeldes y fuera de servicio (Shutdown).
  • Brinda soporte técnico en sitio o de manera remota a todos los compañeros del equipo
  • Instala, prueba, mantiene y repara Ascensores de todas las marcas.
  • Apoya en la instalación de repuestos y ordenes TE, en el ámbito de programación, ajuste y reparación mecánica de Ascensores.
  • Identifica, diagnostica y soluciona fallas en unidades Criticas y Rebeldes.
  • Realiza mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, atención de averías y reparaciones según sea la necesidad del área, siguiendo instrucciones del Supervisor SVC.

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

  • Educación: técnico o tecnólogo electromecánico y/o afines con certificado de COPNIA, CONTE, CONALTEL o matricula profesional según corresponda.
  • Experiencia: 5 años desempeñando el Rol propuesto (atención de averías homologa experiencia)
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Ajuste y Reparación de Ascensores; atención de averías; Conocimiento a profundidad sobre equipos de otras marcas.
