Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Maintain equipment, machinery and facilities in operation by carrying out predictive, preventive or corrective maintenance, relying on the manuals, instructions and established procedures, to avoid line stoppages. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze work orders, delivered by the maintenance supervisor or by production personnel according to the failure, in order to identify the type of service to be performed (predictive, preventive, or corrective).
Perform inspections of machinery, equipment and facilities according to the work order, to issue the diagnosis of the failure and determine the actions to be taken.
Prepare the consumption voucher for spare parts and auxiliaries (when obtained from the tool warehouse) and/or write down in the log the spare parts required from the critical spare parts warehouse, in order to have the necessary material for repair or predictive or preventive maintenance.
Request from the Tool Warehouse Coordinator the quotation and acquisition of spare parts and auxiliaries not available in the warehouse, according to the established procedure, in order to have the necessary spare parts and auxiliaries for repair or predictive or preventive maintenance.
Repair failures according to defined actions, with the purpose of reintegrating the equipment into production in the shortest possible time.
