We are looking for a talented ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN III to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
- Support equipment failure analysis.
- Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.Provides feedback to the preventive maintenance system.
- Ensures all quality process and procedure documents are updated and acts as a resource to assist others.
- Analyze and develop definitive countermeasures to equipment problems and failures.
- Fully proficient in troubleshooting, mechanical repairs and equipment maintenance.
- Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements Solve problems and improve processes Identify problems and actively implement solutions Team player.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge in Electrical Control.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Mechanics.
- Basic knowledge in PLC, VB
- Ability to detect faults in the equipment Knowledge of vision systems. Knowledge and use of multimeters and measuring devices.
- Knowledge of LOTO, work at height and electrical safety
- Basic pneumatic, hydraulic and sanitary knowledge
- Availability for overtime
- Have at least 12 months of the last promotion
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No reprimands or suspensions)
- Availability for 1st and 2nd shift.
