We are looking for a talented ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN III to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.

In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

  • Support equipment failure analysis.
  • Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.Provides feedback to the preventive maintenance system.
  • Ensures all quality process and procedure documents are updated and acts as a resource to assist others.
  • Analyze and develop definitive countermeasures to equipment problems and failures.
  • Fully proficient in troubleshooting, mechanical repairs and equipment maintenance.
  • Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements Solve problems and improve processes Identify problems and actively implement solutions Team player.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge in Electrical Control.
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Mechanics.
  • Basic knowledge in PLC, VB
  • Ability to detect faults in the equipment Knowledge of vision systems. Knowledge and use of multimeters and measuring devices.
  • Knowledge of LOTO, work at height and electrical safety
  • Basic pneumatic, hydraulic and sanitary knowledge
  • Availability for overtime
  • Have at least 12 months of the last promotion
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No reprimands or suspensions)
  • Availability for 1st and 2nd shift.
