As a Tekla Steel Detailer, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and other team members to deliver precise and efficient detailing for structural and miscellaneous steel projects using Tekla Structures. Responsibilities:
- Transform structural and architectural designs into detailed, compliant Tekla models that meet all standards and building codes
- Bring designs to life by expertly executing connections of steel members as specified by the Engineers of Record (EOR)
- Address any discrepancies or information gaps with proactive RFI creation and diligent follow-up, ensuring seamless project progress
- Produce and meticulously revise drawings for all project phases, including Approval, Assembly, As-builts, and Erection
- Liaise effectively with fabricators, engineers, and architects to ensure every project meets its specifications and exceeds expectations
- Manage the preparation and timely delivery of comprehensive drawing packages to clients, aligning with project timelines and maintaining the highest standards of quality
