QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications industry;
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and network systems;
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Good level of English (spoken and written).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with large-scale network deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for telecommunications projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The Telecommunications Network Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications network projects. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and other communication systems. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications network projects;
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively;
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and performance metrics;
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications;
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
