QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field;
- 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the telecommunications industry;
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and network systems;
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools;
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with large-scale network deployments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for telecommunications projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Telecommunications Network Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications network projects. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and other communication systems. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications network projects;
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution;
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively;
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and performance metrics;
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications;
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
