JOB DESCRIPTION

The company holidayys.com is seeking a Tele-Sales Executive to manage and execute all aspects of end-to-end calls, emails, and live chat programs across various departments, including inbound holiday programs, outbound travel packages, visa services, ticketing, and more. This position will work with allocated agents across multiple distribution channels.
The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful, and strategic, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary + commission.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication skills to effectively sell services across various departments, including holiday packages, visa services, ticketing, and more, through phone, email, and live chat.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Understanding of customer-centric sales processes across multiple service categories.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with 2+ years of experience in a B2C or B2B contact center environment preferred.
• Prior experience with sales programs in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont
