As a Tele-Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, reaching out to prospective clients and helping them discover how Svarna’s educational programs can transform their futures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging Communication - Deliver compelling and clear messages to clients via phone, ensuring they understand the value of Svarna’s offerings.
  • Achieving Targets - Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
  • Building Relationships - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Mastering CRM Tools - Accurately document and manage client information in our CRM system to maintain seamless follow-ups and records.
  • Collaborative Success - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution for clients.
