JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships via phone. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-ups.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and sales techniques.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Record all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
