POSITION OVERVIEW:

Golden Asia looking for enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven Lady Telesales to join our dynamic sales team. (Hindi and English Speaker Required).
Benefits: Competitive base salary AED3,000,00-AED4,500,00 per month + Incentive(Daily, weekly and monthly incentive and bonuses)

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance.
• Introduce company immigration services and explain their features and benefits
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Utilize sales techniques such as active listening, objection handling, and closing to convert leads into sales.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases to generate interest in the company’s products or services.
