We are looking for the Engineering Manager to support our Telecommunications Division - the foundation for our company’s growth. We provide a world-class turnkey solution to companies building FTTH networks in the US.
Our International Team consists of over 100 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading engineering teams, and a deep understanding of project planning methodologies and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering;
• Proven knowledge of AutoDesign, IQGeo, Comsof, ARMIS, ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, and other engineering related software;
• Understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and markets, communicate effectively, and respond timely to customer requests;
• Project management experience;
• Experience in the construction industry or telecommunications engineering;
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems, engineering, authorization and construction methods;
• Development of engineering telecommunications systems as an expert.

• Supervising and ensuring qualitative execution of projects within deadlines;
• Lead the transition/implementation of our engineering model from strategic partnership to self-perform (develop the plan);
• Recruit, manage, and grow engineering team;
• Project status reporting (e.g., current status and estimated delivery time, identification of potential risks, suggestions for overcoming them, etc.);
• Engineering team management: overseeing delivery quality, ensuring continuous training of each team member; execution of the performance evaluation cycle;
• Manage the engineering team while they create fiber engineering designs;
• Negotiating with clients the terms of execution, as well as the technical aspects of the projects.
