Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • OSS technologies and operations support systems, Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Having experience on retails telephone number manager is preferrable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in OSS technologies and operations support systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform.
  • 4 years of experience with Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and network management.
  • Proven experience with OSS software applications and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical authority on OSS systems and solutions.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of existing OSS frameworks and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
  • Develop and maintain services and applications using Weblogic.
  • Perform thorough Quality Assurance operations to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
  • Conduct unit tests, API tests, and end-to-end tests.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of microservices.
  • Develop and present technical recommendations to clients based on industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OSS solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on OSS capabilities and trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of OSS systems and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Stay current with advancements in technology and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance OSS capabilities.
