Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- OSS technologies and operations support systems, Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Having experience on retails telephone number manager is preferrable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in OSS technologies and operations support systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform.
- 4 years of experience with Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and network management.
- Proven experience with OSS software applications and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical authority on OSS systems and solutions.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing OSS frameworks and identify areas for enhancement.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
- Develop and maintain services and applications using Weblogic.
- Perform thorough Quality Assurance operations to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
- Conduct unit tests, API tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Lead the development and maintenance of microservices.
- Develop and present technical recommendations to clients based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OSS solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on OSS capabilities and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of OSS systems and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Stay current with advancements in technology and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance OSS capabilities.
