The role works closely with the Infrastructure Planning function and oversees site growth, end-of-life equipment replacement, telecom equipment, and customer infrastructure installation.

  • Manage infrastructure capacity, such as cooling and power systems, ensuring efficiency throughout the equipment lifecycle
  • Drive site efficiency improvements
  • Oversee vendor management for local and global service providers
  • Handle right-of-way matters for the optical network
  • Plan and implement OSP capacity expansions and reroutes
  • Support OPEX and CAPEX forecasting for infrastructure-related costs and contracts
  • Manage site optical cabling capacity
  • Deliver customer orders and respond to infrastructure-related incidents
  • Act as a local escalation point for site incidents
  • Manage planned maintenance and upgrades for infrastructure
