- Plan, organize and manage cybersecurity projects, supporting the definition of scope, planning (deadlines), necessary resources and risks;
- Address/ monitor the risk mitigation activities identified within the activities of
cybersecurity in other areas;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication between members;
- Monitor the evolution of the project, identifying deviations and proposing solutions;
- Report project status to stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in cybersecurity processes and procedures.
- Higher Academic Training in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical or equivalent experience;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in managing complex projects preferably in the area of cybersecurity;
- Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
- Knowledge in the management and operation of project management tools (e.g. JIRA);
- Ability to lead and manage teams;
- Planning and organization capacity.
- Ability to identify and manage risks;
- Ability to communicate and interpersonal relationship;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Resilience, adaptability to change and management of ambiguous situations;
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
