dedicated technician to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician with expertise in structured
cabling, alarm systems, door access installations, and fiber optics. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various
telecommunications systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cables.
Set up and troubleshoot alarm and door access systems.
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Provide exceptional service to clients and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecommunications, specifically in structured cabling, alarm
systems, and fiber optics.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Preferred: OPS and or Secrete clearance certificate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have your own Vehicle with a valid Ontario driver’s license.
Basic hand tools, drill, safety vest, fall arrest PPE, and hard hat required.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
