The role
Delivering Second Level Technical Support to meet the needs and expectations of the Radius Telecom client-base through the fulfilment of the Radius Telecom Service Level agreements (SLA). Managing install projects and added value integration solutions with other systems.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with escalation tickets while adhering to our SLA agreements
Configuration and support of products e.g. routers, firewalls, Yealink phone systems, etc. and on occasions installation of same.
Training of clients on the telephony solutions.
Managing the cloud platform in relation to alerts, capacity requirements, etc.
Dealing with third parties to resolve issues
Consulting with current/potential clients in relation to telephony solutions and creating install/pre-sales specs.
Provide excellent customer service by telephone, email and on-site when required while keeping the client updated and informed on issues, likely resolution path and time scale
Additional duties required as the role evolves.
Key Requirements
Technical Degree/diploma or equivalent
Full driving license
Telecoms experience
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to work as part of a busy team
