We’re looking for a dynamic Telemarketer/Appointment Setter who thrives on building relationships and setting the stage for our coaching services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, sparking interest in our transformative coaching programs, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers. If you’re fluent in English and have a knack for sales, this is your opportunity to shine.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales
- Experienced with CRM tools.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) with an advanced understanding of data organization and collaborative work.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the home building and remodeling industry.
- Introduce and articulate the value of 4 Level Coach’s services in a compelling manner.
- Engage leads, identify their needs, and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
