CUSTOMER SERVICE / TELEMARKETER

A leading, Australian owned construction materials supplier are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to complement their existing team.
We require customer service experience within a call-center environment; a professional phone manner and competent IT skills. The ability to adapt to a variety of software systems is essential.
Supportive training will be provided.
You will be required to process orders, schedule deliveries and service a diverse client base in a fast paced, high volume team environment.
Proficient communication skills, a high level of accuracy and a team player attitude is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service operation; answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with sales representatives and the credit department
  • Data entry and computer maintenance; with a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Scheduling of orders and when required, allocation of same
