Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
A Telemarketing Associate is responsible for generating leads over the phone. They contact potential customers to promote products, aiming to achieve leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, selling, and a customer-focused attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum hold Diploma degree or equivalent.
- Experience: More than 3 years experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service, preferably from B2B industry.
- Communicative in English.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
- Sales Promotion: Present products to potential customers, explaining their benefits and answering questions.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls/ meeting to nurture leads and close sales.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and telemarketing laws.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead target.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer responses and potential improvements.
