Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to join our tourism company. This role primarily focuses on reaching out to B2B companies, presenting our tourism services, securing contracts, and building long-term relationships with travel agents. The ideal candidate will be a talkative, customer-friendly individual with strong communication skills, ready to contribute to the company’s growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A talkative, outgoing personality with excellent persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • A responsive individual with a customer-first approach.
  • 1-year experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferable, but freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B Marketing & Business Development:
  • Reach out to B2B companies, primarily travel agents, and introduce the company’s services.
  • Present, negotiate, and finalize contracts with agents to secure business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:
  • Generate leads through phone calls and follow up on business inquiries.
  • Convert potential leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of the company’s services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and agents, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Report key information and insights directly to the management team.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promoting services.
  • Help identify new business opportunities and market trends.
