JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our software portfolio, and converting leads into appointments for Business Development Managers.

EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner.
• At least 3 years experience covering all telemarketing duties in a small organisation.
• Previous experience with the following software applications:
  Intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: £15,000.00 per year
  Expected hours: 22.5 per week

• Prepare and collate marketing documentation.
• Make calls to organisations on the Contact Management database.
• Utilise available tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to shortlist potential opportunities.
• Prepare, control and where required escalate sales and marketing material.
• Respond to prospective customer enquires.
• Notify, on a regular basis, appointments made for the Sales Consultants
• Liaise with the Business Manager – Lead Generation over telemarketing campaigns.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time by your manager.
