Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Tele Caller cum Assistant Admin at our Institute . This dual-role position involves administrative responsibilities as well as tele-calling tasks to support our academy’s operations and outreach efforts. You will play a crucial role in promoting our institute and generating leads for enrollment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • MUST have Strong English communication skills. (Hindi language proficiency is a plus).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or customer service setting.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Additional software knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with education industry practices is an advantage.
  • Having teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about our academy’s programs and courses.
  • Answer inbound inquiries, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all telephonic interactions.
  • Keep detailed records of all calls and leads generated.
  • Follow up with potential students to encourage enrollment and track progress.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Manage and organize office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including social media posts and email campaigns.
  • Support in organizing and executing events, workshops, and seminars.
