QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques and persuasive communication strategies
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
• Use persuasive communication techniques to promote and sell products or services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote offerings
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and process transactions accurately
