Description:
Position: Telesales Appointment Setter
Contract Type: 12 month fixed-term
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 09.00-17.00
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Carry out outbound B2B telesales to identify named individuals within target companies and identify if they have a need for a parcel courier in order to make appointments for the Sales Executives
- Build rapport with prospects in order to build a bank of strong qualified leads
- Contact and follow up on early stage leads to secure meetings for the Sales Executives
- Carry out proactive online research to identify suitable businesses and contacts for prospecting, email and direct marketing
- Maintain and update information on CRM system
- Be a brand ambassador for DHL
