TELESALES EXECUTIVE - CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Research & Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on in-depth client research and lead qualification. YYour ability to dive deep into client profiles and their pain points will be crucial in securing high-quality leads to support the wider sales team and building long-term relationships.

EXPERIENCE

Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation (1-3 years of experience preferred).
Salary £26,000-£30,000 dependant on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research on potential clients, assess the suitability of lead
  • Introduce our company, products, and services. Use a consultative sales approach to engage with potential clients
  • Identify the client’s business pain points and provide personalised recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with prospects over time, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands the client’s business.
  • Maintain an organized CRM system, documenting all client interactions thoroughly.
  • Track the status of leads and opportunities, ensuring prospects are moved through the sales funnel in a timely fashion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they solve specific business challenges.
