We’re looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team, reach out to new customers, and help grow our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Make Outbound Calls: You’ll call businesses and professionals who need workwear and introduce them to our products, like safety gear and uniforms.
- Close Sales: Turn your calls into sales by understanding what the customer needs and recommending the right products.
- Build Relationships: Get to know your customers, answer their questions, and help them find the best solutions for their workwear needs.
- Keep Track of Sales: Use our CRM system to log calls and sales, and follow up with customers as needed.
- Work with the Team: Share tips and strategies with the rest of the sales team to hit your goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good Communication Skills: You need to speak clearly, be friendly, and make customers feel comfortable.
- Sales Experience: If you’ve worked in sales or customer service before, that’s a plus, but we’re happy to train someone who’s motivated.
- Target-Driven: You should enjoy working toward goals and want to hit sales targets.
- Persistence: Cold calling can be tough, so you’ll need to stay positive and keep going even when you face rejection.
- Basic Computer Skills: You’ll use a computer to track calls and sales, so you need to be comfortable with that.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.15 per hour
