  • Customer Outreach – Engage with potential and existing customers through both inbound and outbound calls..
  • Answering questions about products and services offered

  • Track and manage ongoing sales opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of future business.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support larger sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Enter customer information accurately into the internal sales system, ensuring efficient and effective service.
