QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
